Chrismark Home is a facility that serves persons with mental illness, emotional disorders, or developmental disabilities.  Each individual in our home receives the support they need based on their unique strengths and challenges.  At Chrismark Home, we work with our residents to establish their independence and help them to become fully integrated into their community.
